1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales made on our are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and payment has been received, except in the circumstances outlined below.

We strongly encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any queries before placing an order.

2. EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN

We will only consider a return or replacement in the following limited circumstances:

- You received a physically damaged product
- You received a wrong product different from what you ordered
- The product received is expired at the time of delivery
- The product is genuinely defective or tampered

In these cases:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, photos/video of the damaged or wrong product
- Contact us at info@newskinproductsindia.com 
- We will review and respond within 3 business days

3. CONDITIONS THAT WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN

The following will NOT be accepted as grounds for return or refund:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Allergic reaction to a product (please patch test before use — see note below)
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Product opened and partially used
- Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics partner
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

4. PATCH TEST ADVISORY

All skincare and personal care products sold on this website are authentic Nu Skin products. However, individual skin types vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. We are not liable for any allergic reactions arising from use of these products.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and shipped.
- If payment was made and cancellation is accepted before shipping, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method

6. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If your return is approved under Section 2 above:
- We will arrange a replacement of the same product
- If the product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
- Cash refunds are not provided except where mandated by applicable law

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS
